For those who want to climb to the highest part of Meteora. There are anchorages in the route and we put safety ropes. Reminds and looks like Via Ferrata. The view from the highest point is magnificent! The ascent to the cliff of Agia, with stunning views of Meteora and Kalambaka, is done using equipment along the ancient path that has been carved on the edge of the rocks which were part of the ancient fortification of the city thousands of years ago! The route was used in the Middle Ages by the monks who lived in the ruined monastery of Mikri Dodeka Apostoli.
